Delivery Terms
Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only although if a product is in stock, we aim to send it out to you, within 5 working days of your order. If we cannot dispatch an item to you within 21 days of order we will notify you by e-mail and at your request we will cancel the order and refund your money in full. Interior Décor Direct cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the manufacturer, or any other third party.

Made To Measure Wooden Venetian Blinds Delivery
Our Made To Measure Wooden Blinds are usually delivered within 2-4 working days. The standard delivery P&P charge is £5.95* per order, to mainland UK. Additional timed delivery services are available for your convenience at additional cost.

All made to measure wooden venetian blinds are usually delivered within 2 - 4 working days. Please allow for additional delivery time during the Christmas, New Year period and throughout any sale or promotional offers. Orders shall be delivered Mon - Fri, between 8am and 6pm, requiring a signature on delivery. However, we also offer additional charged delivery options, to help us cater for your delivery requirements.
Our couriers will notify all customers, via email, once orders have been dispatched. This email shall also include consignment tracking information, to enable customers to track their order.
If our couriers are unable to deliver your order, following leaving a calling card and subsequent delivery attempts, your order shall be returned to us. All returned orders will result in a £19.50 re-delivery charge. The standard £19.50 fee, will also be passed onto the customer for a change of delivery address. Therefore, it is important to select an appropriate delivery address, to avoid additional re-delivery / change of address charges.
